She specializes in Web3, including crypto on/off-ramp payments, privacy, and financial services. Previously served as CPO for AZA Finance and Product Market Lead for Espresso Systems.
Principal Investigator / Intelligent Routing Project Lead
Victor Ruelas is a AI/ML Engineer with 12+ years of software engineering experience. He specializes in ML engineering focused on deploying high-impact models at CERN in some of the world's most demanding low-latency environments. He has also taught university labs on machine learning at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Previously, he worked at SaaS precision medicine platform Sema4 as a Software Engineer based in New York City. He also worked at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), building the CompTox Dashboard, enabling querying and visualizing data chemical compounds. The platform was cited nearly 1,000 times, demonstrating adoption and scientific influence.
